START Mini Monets Art School September 2020
Mini Monets offers unsurpassed inspirational weekend art classes and holiday workshops for children aged 5-15.
This unique community of young artists provides a wonderful break from their academic school week. The art classes teach children to experiment away from judgement and self-criticism which is entirely liberating for the young and developing mind.
Many children have been with Debra and her hand-picked team of teachers and teaching assistants since her school opened in 2013, others return after taking a break from other activities. You can start anytime, or sign up first for a trial class. It is preferable to start at the beginning of her 10-week terms of lessons to get the full benefit of the projects.
The school follows the national Key Stages and each of the Stages are appropriate for age and ability.
In the past all the masterclass students who applied for places were awarded Art scholarships at their chosen secondary schools, St Mary's Gerrards Cross, Pipers Corner, Godstow, RMS, Royal Hospital Horsham, Wycombe Abbey
If you can't commit to a weekly class ( 30 per year terms of 10 weeks) try out one of our exciting holiday workshops.
We hope to meet you soon!
Our main art school is located in the Market Hall in Buckinghamshire's Old town village of Amersham.

“They have the teaching just right.
We are thrilled!”
Just wanted to send my thanks to you for the zoom art sessions Emily has been involved in over the last few weeks. The enormity of this virus, & it’s a restriction on children’s ability to socialise with their peers, is something I have been worried may impact Emily and her mental health. However, the zoom sessions have proved a real outlet for her & it’s been so nice to see her smile and be creative away from her devices (even though we were using one for the zoom session!) Being able to talk to you and the friends she has made in the class has been a welcome distraction. She has really missed it today, so instead has spent the morning creating something to inspire her friends. She asked me to send it over for you to see - the zoom sessions have inspired her to keep going with her art - thank you! X
"BEST DAY EVER!!!"
